About Us

Zuberi Pilates & Nutrition studio originally established in Perth, Australia in 2016, is now situated in Nairobi, Kenya since 2018. The studio offers small classes for Matwork and Studio Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair). Owned by Wangari Stewart, who holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction, the studio ensures all Pilates Instructors are trained and guided by Wangari herself. Excited about the collaboration with DRD, we aim to expand the Pilates community in Tigoni.

PRE/POSTNATAL PILATES

Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates are specialized workouts for expectant and new mothers. Prenatal Pilates supports the changing body, strengthens the core, and improves posture to ease pregnancy discomforts and prepare for childbirth. Postnatal Pilates restores core strength, enhances pelvic floor function, and improves body alignment for recovery. Both programs create a safe and empowering environment for mothers.
